Chicago Pride Parade - Uptown Proud Sponsorship

A tradition for more than 50 years, the iconic Chicago Pride Parade concludes the city’s month-long celebrations with a procession through the Uptown, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park neighborhoods on the last Sunday of June each year. The parade, organized by PRIDEChicago since 1974, has grown into one of the largest in the country.

Join us for the 53rd annual Chicago Pride Parade which will be stepping off from West Sheridan and North Broadway (near Gill Park in East Lakeview) at 11:00 a.m.(one hour earlier) on Sunday, June 30, 2024. This year, 125 contingents will march under the theme Pride is Power.

Each year, the Chicago Pride Parade serves as a vibrant celebration of LGBTQ+ pride, bringing together our communities and allies in a display of unity and solidarity.  Participating in the parade is an unforgettable experience. It is also a powerful statement of visibility and unity for Chicago’s LGBTQ+ community.  

The parade begins at 11 a.m. from W. Sheridan and N. Broadway, continues south along Broadway, then Halsted, east along Belmont to Broadway, then south to Diversey.

SUPPORT THE UPTOWN PRIDE PARADE ENTRY!!

Show your Uptown Pride by supporting the Uptown Chamber of Commerce parade entry in the 2024 Chicago Pride Parade. Parade organizers estimate that more than one million people attend this annual celebration of Chicago's LGBTQ+ community. Sponsorship is first-come, first-served, based on submission.

Sponsors must be current paid members of the Uptown Chamber of Commerce.

Uptown Proud Sponsor - $ 1,000   (3 remaining)

• Prominent placement of logo on parade float visible to 1M+ parade attendees
• Up to 8 representatives from your business/organization can walk with the Uptown parade entry with option to pass out self-printed promotional items/materials to attendees
• Recognition for your business/organization as an “Uptown Proud Sponsor” on the Chamber web page and Chamber social media for Chicago Pride Parade content
• Chamber will provide 4 hand-held signs with your business/org logo for your representatives to carry for the duration of the parade
• One Uptown Proud t-shirt per representative with option to wear your business/org branded t-shirt instead


Parade Sponsor - $500  (1 remaining)

• Inclusion of logo the Uptown parade float visible to 1M+ parade attendees
• Up to 2 representatives from your business/organization will walk with the Uptown parade entry with option to pass out self-printed promotional items/materials to attendees
• Recognition for your business/organization as a “Parade Sponsor” on the Chamber web page and Chamber social media for Chicago Pride Parade content
• One Uptown Proud t-shirt per representative
