Event Description:
Take 30 minutes to pause, breathe, and move with intention. Join Jayme Kelton , a dance/movement therapist at Bellamy & Associates, for Mindful Movement. This will be a guided exploration of gentle movement practices designed to help you reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and find calm in the midst of daily stress.
This session will combine slow, accessible movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness practicesthat invite you to tune in to what your body needs in the moment. You’ll leave with simple tools you can use anytime to support nervous system regulation, reduce tension, and cultivate inner stillness.
No prior experience with dance, yoga, or meditation is necessary. This space is open to all bodies and abilities.
