Cindy Huston, Yoga Body Elements, and Debra Taitel, SpiritLightInsight Clairvoyant Readings, are teaming up to offer you a Sound Healing & Meditation Immersion to align, heal and soothe, mind, body, and spirit.

Give yourself an hour to effortlessly reduce stress and anxiety, as you tune your physical and spiritual energies, and vibrate from a place of peace.

We will begin with Debra guiding us through a meditation to connect us with our unique spiritual essence and the Earth. She will offer techniques to gently guide you back to yourself as she welcomes you to release, replenish and align your energy.

Cindy will then immerse your physical and spiritual senses in sound and vibration as she plays her quartz crystal singing bowls. As the resonance and tone of each bowl washes over us we are offered space to heal and fine-tune our chakras (energy centers) by inviting us to match the tones and vibrations.

This healing and meditation is for all levels (beginners welcome) and offers an all-inclusive, judgment-free, peaceful, safe space to center, align and heal the spirit. All participants will receive a recording of the event for personal use.

- Are there special poses?
No. This type of healing & meditation is done sitting upright in a chair with your feet on the floor.

- Do I have to use video or can I call in?
Whichever you prefer. The workshop will be held on Zoom which offers both video and audio (call-in) access. You are welcome to join with video or if you prefer not to use video, you can call-in.
